I did this demanding trip with a very experienced climber. We covered a lot of very steep country and had a fine old time navigating a descent through the endless forest.
On the tramper difficulty scale it is a 12 out of 10, very easy to get in trouble and die. Highly committing. Very exposed in places.

I took a 35l empty pack for this trip, it was the perfect size and I was happy not to be weighed down by a heavy pack on long strenuous days.
